Reporting a texting number is easy! Just follow the steps below:
1. After purchasing a texting number, a Purchase Confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up contains all the details you need to log into your new texting number account, along with a 5-minute timer.
2. Once you click the “Password Unmask” button, the timer will start counting down. You need to complete the following tasks before the 5-minute timer expires:
– Log in to the texting number account and verify that the password is correct.
– Send your first message and confirm that it was sent successfully.
– If Gmail requests a phone number, take note of that.
Note: Please do not close the Purchase Confirmation pop-up, and ensure the 5-minute timer does not expire before you report any issues.
2a. If the password is incorrect, record a screen video and click the “Report Issue” button. Select “Invalid Password,” upload the screen recording, and then click “Submit.”
