I made a payment and didn't show in my account
If you make a payment and it does not appear in your account, please send us an email at support@myhotplug.com or message us through our live chat. Be sure to include a screenshot of the payment and the email associated with your MyHotPlug account.

How long does wallet funding take?

Can I withdraw from myhotplug wallet?
No. Wallet funds can only be used to buy products on our platform.
How long does refunds take?
For SMS Verification
- Wallet refunds are processed instantly. If you don’t receive your refund right away, it may be due to your network issue. Don’t worry! Once your network connection is stable, simply return to the SMS Verification page. Our system will detect your pending refund, and it will be processed immediately.

If my SMS number did not receive a code, will I get a refund?
Yes. If you Purchase an SMS number and it does not receive any SMS code, you will receive a refund once the timer reaches 00:00 or if you click on the "Delete Number" icon next to the request code.
Can I choose the area code or country?
No, numbers are provided based on available inventory. You cannot choose custom codes unless otherwise stated.
Can I use a purchase facebook SMS-Number to receive Instagram SMS-CODE
NO! You will receive a number for the selected social service. A Facebook SMS number cannot be used for an Instagram SMS code. You can only use your purchased Facebook SMS number to receive a Facebook SMS code.
Can I request a refund once my number receives a code, but the number was asking for a two-factor authenticator?
No, you cannot request a refund once you receive a code on your number, especially if the number is asking for two-factor authentication. We do not have access to any phone numbers and do not provide two-factor authentication for any numbers. If the purchased number is prompting you for two-factor authentication, which often happens on platforms like Telegram, the only solution is to purchase a different number.Â
Can I use the number multiple times?
No. SMS verification numbers are usually one-time use only.
Can I use it to receive OTPs for banks or fintech?
No. We do not support banking, fintech, or financial platform verifications.

What happens if I send crypto to the wrong wallet address?

How are texting numbers delivered?
Once your payment is confirmed, your number and setup instructions are delivered instantly in the Purchase Confirmation pop-up.Â
Can I choose the area code or country?
No, numbers are provided based on available inventory. You cannot choose custom codes unless otherwise stated.
How do i report a texting number if it didn't work and get refund?
How to Report a Texting Number: A Step-by-Step Guide
Reporting a texting number is easy! Just follow the steps below:
- After purchasing a texting number, a Purchase Confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up contains all the details you need to log into your new texting number account, along with a 10-minute timer.
- Once you click the “Password Unmask” or “Unmask” button, the timer will start counting down. You need to complete the following tasks before the 10-minute timer expires:
- Log in to the texting number account and verify that the password is correct.
- Send your first message and confirm that it was sent successfully.
- If Gmail requests a phone number, take note of that.
Note: Please do not close the Purchase Confirmation pop-up, and ensure the 5-minute timer does not expire before you report any issues.
- If the password is incorrect, record a screen video and click the “Report Issue” button. Select “Invalid Password,” upload the screen recording, and then click “Submit.”
