At MyHotPlug.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all approved refunds are processed exclusively to your MyHotPlug Wallet.

  1. Wallet-Only Refund Policy
    All approved refunds are credited to your MyHotPlug Wallet balance only.
    • We do not provide refunds to:
      • Bank accounts
      • Debit or credit cards
      • Cryptocurrency wallets
      • Paystack payment methods
      • Any external payment method
        Wallet funds can be used to purchase any product or service available on MyHotPlug.

  2. SMS Verification Refunds
    Refunds in the SMS Verification section are processed automatically by the system.
    • Eligible refund situations include:
      • The SMS code was not received
      • Service was canceled before code delivery
      • Provider failed to deliver the SMSIf your refund does not appear immediately, it may be caused by a network interruption.
        Simply return to the SMS Verification page once your connection is stable. Our system will automatically detect any pending refund and process it instantly.
    • No refund will be issued if:
      • A verification code was successfully received
      • The platform requests additional verification after successful SMS delivery
      • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is requested after successful verification

  3. Email Verification Refunds
    • Refunds are processed instantly when:
      • No verification code is received
      • The timer expires without receiving a code
      • The user cancels before code delivery
        No refund will be issued once a verification code has been successfully received.

  4. Texting Number Refunds
    Refund requests for Texting Numbers require proof of the issue.
    If your screen recording and evidence are verified as genuine, approved refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
    • No refund will be issued if:
      • The number becomes restricted or banned after delivery
      • The timer expires before a report is made
      • The issue resulted from user actions or misuse

  5. Social Account Refunds
    Refund requests must be submitted within 10 minutes of purchase.
    After verification and validation by our team, approved refunds are processed instantly to your wallet.
    Refund requests submitted after the refund window may not be eligible.

  6. Crypto Exchange Refunds
    • Refunds are only available in the Buy Crypto section when:
      • We are unable to supply the purchased cryptocurrency
        Approved refunds are typically completed within 3–5 hours.
        Completed cryptocurrency transactions are generally non-refundable.

  7. Gift Store Refunds
    If a purchased gift product is unavailable, an instant wallet refund will be issued.

      2. Screen recordings
      3. Error messages
      4. Transaction details
      5. Additional supporting evidence
        Failure to provide the requested evidence may result in the denial of the refund request.

  11. Refund Abuse
    Users found abusing the refund system, submitting false claims, edited screenshots, manipulated recordings, or attempting to obtain duplicate refunds may have their account suspended or permanently restricted.

  12. Policy Changes
    MyHotPlug reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
    Any changes become effective immediately after publication on our website.
