If you make a payment and it does not appear in your account, please send us an email at support@myhotplug.com or message us through our live chat. Be sure to include a screenshot of the payment and the email associated with your MyHotPlug account.

Yes. If you Purchase an SMS number and it does not receive any SMS code, you will receive a refund once the timer reaches 00:00 or if you click on the "Delete Number" icon next to the request code.

No, numbers are provided based on available inventory. You cannot choose custom codes unless otherwise stated.

NO! You will receive a number for the selected social service. A Facebook SMS number cannot be used for an Instagram SMS code. You can only use your purchased Facebook SMS number to receive a Facebook SMS code.

No, you cannot request a refund once you receive a code on your number, especially if the number is asking for two-factor authentication. We do not have access to any phone numbers and do not provide two-factor authentication for any numbers. If the purchased number is prompting you for two-factor authentication, which often happens on platforms like Telegram, the only solution is to purchase a different number. 

No. SMS verification numbers are usually one-time use only.

How to Report a Texting Number: A Step-by-Step Guide

Reporting a texting number is easy! Just follow the steps below:

  1. After purchasing a texting number, a Purchase Confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up contains all the details you need to log into your new texting number account, along with a 10-minute timer.
  2. Once you click the “Password Unmask” or “Unmask” button, the timer will start counting down. You need to complete the following tasks before the 10-minute timer expires:
    • Log in to the texting number account and verify that the password is correct.
    • Send your first message and confirm that it was sent successfully.
    • If Gmail requests a phone number, take note of that.

Note: Please do not close the Purchase Confirmation pop-up, and ensure the 5-minute timer does not expire before you report any issues.

  1. If the password is incorrect, record a screen video and click the “Report Issue” button. Select “Invalid Password,” upload the screen recording, and then click “Submit.”
  2. We only refund if the account falls on our product refund list.

Streaming Logs provide access to supported streaming services through shared or assigned accounts.
